About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for mathematics in our expatriate students, fostering a classroom environment that is both challenging and supportive. You will be responsible for delivering a rigorous curriculum that prepares students for future academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons for middle school students.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.
Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Teaching Load:
Approximately 18 lessons per week.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A valid teaching credential/certification.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
A background in IB MYP programs is highly advantageous.
Alternatively, demonstrated experience in bilingual or international educational environments is required.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an international setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive international compensation package, including:
Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 35,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Housing Allowance:
Without minor children: RMB 8,000/month
With minor children: RMB 10,500/month
Annual Flight Allowance:
Without minor children: RMB 15,000/year
With minor children: RMB 30,000/year
