Independently handling software development of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives & other peripheral instruments. Roles also involves installation & commissioning, production support, diagnosis of the projects at local as well as vendor/ supplier’s locations also. Experience Required: BE/ B.Tech with min 5- year relevant experience or Diploma with min relevant 8-year experience. Education Specialization: Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/ENTC or allied branches. Explicitly worked on automation projects (programming, and commissioning). Hands on experience on Siemens PLC, HMI. Complex data handling in Siemens PLC (Array, Matrix, Pointers). Good domain expertise in PLC & HMI programming for advance level of programming. (LD. STL, IL). Should have good know of siemens PLC system for customized requirements of critical cycle time. Handling multi-PLC system for data handling & process control. Developing PC based system using WinCC for data logging & traceabilities. Siemens WinCC knowhow with core expertise in scripting & advance programming functions. Siemens motion system including AC / servo / stepper motors & its associated drive systems. Handling external encoders, LVDT’s, Analog controllers, weighing meters etc. Excellent domain expertise in industrial communication protocols Ethernet, Serial communication, Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, etc. Handling communication with instrumentation devices like current meters, solid state power supply etc. Understanding electrical drawings in Eplan , Autocad for deriving development related data. Installation & commissioning, production support of projects at local as well as vendor locations. Experience in PC based software’s like (Neared , LabVIEW, VB) will be added advantage. Experience in working with electro pneumatic systems, sensors and actuators.
