Job Description
En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante Machine Operator II. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Operar Maquinas especiales tales como: KOMAX, SIPRO y otras en donde el operador debe cambiar Fixtures, realizar los ajustes necesarios durante el proceso, utilizar instrumentos de medición especializados para verificar los resultados de las operaciones. Realizar cambio de Fixtures y realizar ajustes al proceso según necesidad. Utilizar instrumentos de medición especializado para verificar las medidas según las especificaciones, para asegurar la calidad del producto. Manejar las informaciones del plano de la maquina que esté operando. Realizar las operaciones de ensamblaje y/o prueba siguiendo las instrucciones de manufactura correspondientes. Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo semanal, hacer reparaciones menores y ayudar a los técnicos de mantenimiento en las revisiones periódicas o en las reparaciones mayores. Notificar inmediatamente al supervisor las fallas de los equipos. Preparar y entregar reportes diarios de producción: reportes de rendimiento, producción y/o yield. Responsable del sostenimiento de las herramientas de Lean en su área: (TPM, 5S, Flujo Continuo, entre otros). Asegurarse de que el producto elaborado cumpla con los estándares de calidad de su operación. Desempeñar todas las funciones en forma tal que no afecte la seguridad propia y la de los demás. Qualifications REQUISITOS: Bachiller Estudiante Técnico vocacional Mecánica/Electrónica/Electricidad (60 créditos aprobados) Conocimientos básicos de mecánica/Electróica.
