- Is responsible for securing organization and proper technological manufacturing process. Holds technological supervision over the production process.
- Prepares and updates technology documentation, cards and working instructions for machines, tools, equipment and means of transport necessary in manufacturing process.
- Cooperates with other MBMPL teams in terms of technical preparation of new engine series production. Supervises implementation of new engine models in manufacturing departments and related organization of workstations.
- Analyses technological issues, initiates and implements activities in the fields of quality improvement, increase production efficiency, reducing production costs and innovative manufacturing technologies.
- Participates in solving quality problems.
- Provides training to production employees.
- Initiates repair work directly related to production processes.
- Performs other related job duties as required.
- Ensures technological and technical preparation, implementation and operation of manufacturing process in the designated area. Optimizing the manufacturing process.
- Education: engineer title.
- Experience: 3 years in Toolmanagement area, preferred experience in automotive industry.
- Language knowledge: German or/and English.
- Computer skills: MS Office, 2D and 3D design programs, manufacturing module used in company.
- Self-reliance, results orientation, ability to work in a team and in an autonomous way.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings, quality systems, machinery construction, norms and procedures, good command of health and safety, and environmental rules, and additional advantage will be knowledge of the engine building and operating principle.
- Experience in greenfield is not required but ‘nice-to-have’.
- Coordination of external suppliers of tools in terms of quality, purpose and efficiency of the services provided. Controlling the conformity of settlements with the performed scope of work.
