1.主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1） 执行技术供应商和可行性评估，聚焦工艺稳定，包括样件制造。提供综合技术差距和工艺稳定报告；

Execution of technical supplier and feasibility evaluation assessment . Strong focus on manufacturing process robustness including prototype build. Provide comprehensive report of technological gaps and process robustness concerns;

2） 执行工艺需求收集、研究和对所有定义的零部分相关要求和规格的透彻理解。指导和验证供应商对此的正确理解和使用；

Perform process requirements collect, study and fully understand all defined component related requirement and specification. Guide and verify the right understand and utilization on supplier side.

3） 在起始阶段，指导设计挖掘并解决制造问题，必要情况下将问题升到设计工程师或管理层；

Lead design to dig out and solve the manufacturing problems starting in the sourcing process, and if needed transmit issue to design engineer for final problem resolution or to management for escalation.

4）分析质量问题和失效模式分析，在工艺和产线性能（安全、质量、效率）上持续改进；

Analyze quality issue and failure mode analysis, and improve continuously on process and production line performance（Safety/Quality/Efficiency）

5）优化布局，平衡机器、人员和工艺，制定OEE提升方案；

Optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal.

6）在新项目期间负责PMP工作；

In charge of the PMP work during the new projects.

7）完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

2.上岗条件 Qualification:

1）本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above

2）机械、自动化或电子工程专业

Majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

3）至少3年相关工作经验

Minimum 3 years related working experience

4）良好的项目管理知识 Good knowledge of Project Management

突出的分析技能 Excellent analytical(data, method…) skill

精益制造的知识 Knowledge of lean manufacturing

5）基本英语表达能力和办公自动化水平

Basic English expression skills and MS office
