Responsibilities

• 负责店铺盈亏和销量收益；

Accountable for final store P&L and sales revenue；

• 理解全面的市场情况，比如竞品的优势和弱势，经济趋势，供给和需求等，以制定 合适的销售策略，不断提高门店销量；

Select and decide sales strategies by understand the overall market, such as strengths and weaknesses of competitors’ products, economic trends, supply-and-demand and etc.to increase sales revenue；

• 有效管控门店运营成本，不断提升门店人均效能；

Save operation cost and increase efficiency in store effectively

• 保证标准流程在门店的规范执行；

Ensure SOP are correctly implemented in store；

• 保证门店的卫生，产品的质量和安全，和产品陈列的美观性；

Ensure that the hygiene in store, quality and safe of products, the display of products；

• 负责店里的库存管理，保证订单准时提交；

Manage stock inventory and make sure orders are placed on time；

• 熟悉店铺内所有产品，知道如何推荐给目标用户，提供产品计划给到面包师，并按各类别及时反馈总部；

Familiar with all products in store by knowing how to recommend to consumer based on their needs, by providing production plan to baker, by giving prompt feedback to head office；

• 通过优质的服务，保证顾客的满意度，维护客户忠诚度，并吸引新的客户；

Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and attract new customers；

• 同时负责在大众点评，bonaap等平台上进行线上评价的回复；

Responsible for answering review through all media channels such as Dianping, Bonapp and etc；

• 负责门店人员调配、培训、评估和发展，培训代理店长为未来的扩张培训储备店长；

Responsible for staffs’ assignment, evaluation, training and development. Build up store manager successor plan in order for store expansion purpose；

• 与办公室沟通重大指令的跟进并按要求及时汇报店铺运营情况；

Communicate with Head Office to follow the implementation of policies and projects and generate reports on a time basis；

• 上级交代的其他事情。

All other tasked requested by line manager.

Qualifications

• College education
• Excellent in both written and spoken English;

• At least 2 years’ experience of store manager of similar brand；

• Good at sales and persuasion, good understanding ability of product and learning ability；

• Flexible ability to deal with interpersonal relationships, can do a good job of communication and coordination；

• Good leadership deployment capability；

• Be able to deal with all kinds of emergency issues, customer complain；

• Good responsibility, good understanding of company spirit and result-oriented.
