What you will be doing:  

• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to ensure department reaches financial targets 

• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team 

• Manage an events schedule to maximize yield 

• Focus on an up-selling approach 

• Build strong relationships with customers, identifying and fulfilling their needs 

• Be a team player and build strong relationships with Hotel team  

• Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds 

• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events 

• Participate in hotel promotional activities 

 
Your experience and skills include: 

• At least 1 year sales experience in conference & events function 

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times 

• Highly responsible & reliable  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required  

• Fluent in English and French languages 

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
