Job Number:

1. To ensure production equipment and utility equipment are in good condition.

2. To provide technical support to electrical maintenance staff on production equipment and utility equipment PM and repairing.

3. To troubleshoot operational problems relative to production equipment and utility equipment.

4. To monitor and control the costs spending equipment maintenance

1. Compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment

2. Ensure plant wide production equipment and utility equipment are supported in mechanical maintenance scope

3. Troubleshoot and investigated electrical failures. Standby for machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly to meet production requirement

4. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good action.

5. Perform repairing the machines breakdowns upon the request of production department

6. Define procedure for maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and predictive, spare part management);

7. Evaluate availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment

College degree or above with professional automatic control background

Above 2- 3 years electrical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting

Familiar with PLC programming and Servo Motor control system

Able to read electrical prints and ladder diagram

Building Management System experience would be preferred.

English CET-4 (can read English documentation)

Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point.
