Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a Maintenance Crib Administrator to join our team. This position is based at our Aguascalientes facility. The Maintenance Crib Administrator is responsible for Identification, pricing and expediting of all replacement part required for maintaining, its accessories and all machines within its confines. Some activities related with the position will be: Determine proper identification numbers and amounts needed to complete maintenance crib min-max. Choose proper forms for requesting and expediting maintenance spare parts. Coordinate parts expediting with machine availability for installation of parts. Receive, inspect and restock incoming materials for maintenance crib. Track and expedite overdue purchase parts. Record completed work orders to create historical spare parts usage. Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in scheduled department housekeeping. TPM Management, visual aids update, training ´s and certification process to BP. Administrate spare budget for 2M USD annually. Improve maintenance crib operation to reduce cost both in operation and inventory. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. #LI-MM3 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Engineering / Technician degree or related fields required. 3 years of experience in MRO crib management All machining processes and the flow of material through the plant. Inventory concepts and its implementation. All area of inspection such as techniques, principles, procedures, and know how. Preferred Qualifications: All area of inspection such as techniques, principles, procedures, and know how.
