In this role you will be responsible for driving the mechanical and electrical stability and reliability of traction motor equipment, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Production Development Manager, you will prepare maintenance operation manual and provide technical training for maintenance staff.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for root cause analysis of equipment failure together with maintenance person
• Being responsible for Preventive maintenance (PM) maintenance of plant equipment
• Supporting new fixed assets procurement projects
• Supporting implementation of improvement projects and electrical reliability studies to reduce manufacturing/process downtime
• Preparing maintenance operation manual and provide technical training for maintenance staff
• Getting familiar with equipment and key parts gradually, manage common spare parts and make continuous improvement

Your background

• 5 years of maintenance experience in related industry, familiar with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and test equipment is preferred
• Sound Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
• Knowledge of computer and Office skills
• Familiar with failure analysis techniques and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Good understand on product process flow
• Fluency in English both Oral and written
