Object of Job:
Ensuring output and quality of a cell, module and battery supplier by safeguarding technical functionality of the equipment in the production lines
Tasks:
- Identify critical stations and bottlenecks regarding unexpected downtimes, planned maintenance and define short/long term solutions
- Be an important interface in ramp-up between Farasis maintenance as well as line suppliers,
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the stations and solve design issues at stations
- Conducting cycle time analysis and continuously work on solving bottlenecks
- Definition of KPIs and steering/operating in accordance with the existing KPI set (OEE, Technical availability, Big Breakdowns, Equipment Performance Factor, Problem solving speed, …)
- Supporting the supplier in setting up a proper spare parts management
- Analysis of the important maintenance/equipment data to support the problem solving process
