This is your role · Planning & execution of preventive and predictive Maintenance of equipment’s. (EOT/ Jib/ Gantry, Kardex make vertical automatic store, electrical testing equipment’s, AHU, scissor lift, MHE etc.) · Reactive Maintenance of above equipment’s · TPM on bottleneck and critical machine · Shop Floor CIP, 5-S and implementation of Poka Yoke · Maintain critical spare material for major equipment’s · Development, calibration and repairing of mechanical jigs and fixture for assembly purpose. · Work on low-cost automation project to increase operation efficiency. · Equipment’s / asset inventory management. · Audits and Compliance (QMS, EHS, Inventory) · Prepare and maintain SOP, HIRA, calibration, related documents for maintenance department. · Annual calibration / testing of Slings, liftings tackle, hydraulic pipes etc. · Capturing data to monitor maintenance KPI and initiate action to keep it in control. · Demonstrate EHS leadership within the location, acting as a champion for Zero Harm and Wellbeing for safe working environment We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical /Automation Engineer with 5-7 years in maintenance department of Production or processing plant. Technical Skills: Able to read and understand mechanical drawings of jigs & fixtures. Able to read and understand electrical schematics, loop drawings, hydraulic diagrams, PLCs. An understanding of the components used in electrical circuits, hydraulic system & pneumatic system. Experience in maintenance of EOT/ Jib /Gantry crane, VFD, automatic store Key Skills: English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team Time management and Prioritization Skills Understanding the importance of techno-commercial aspects Readiness to dig deep into RCA and CA.
