1)确保所有维修方面的绩效指标达到期望的要求 Make sure all maintenance indicators reflect expectations
2)和生产经理一起确定维修的目标（现状VS改进）：如停机、缺勤、事故数、合理化建议…… Define, together with the UAP manager, targets for (improvement versus actual situation): downtime, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
3)作为支持功能参与生产主管召开的TPM周会，月会以及QRQC，帮助改进生产线绩效 As support function to attend TPM weekly meeting, monthly meeting and QRQC by UAP Supervisor, improve UAP performance.
4)问题反应：发现问题、采取纠正措施、寻求支持、采取纠正和预防行动 React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions, build corrective action plans
2.日常管理工作Assure daily management
1)一半的时间在现场：与小组成员一道，完成日常维修/维护工作 50% time presence on the Shop floor: daily contact with all team members, close management of the maintenance
2)管理小组成员：安排每天的人员工作，安排年度、月度和周计划 Manage headcount: plan the day before people allocation for the next day, plan also on a weekly basis
3)教导小组成员如何完成本职工作 Coach team members in how to perform their role
4)协助解决问题 Support and help to fix problems
5)确保纪律，严格要求（工作服、作息时间……） Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours…)
6)保证遵守安全指导，按照安全程序作业 Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures
