Job Description:

Coordinate on overall project execution including plant debottleneck projects and other assigned small projects. Including project development, budget, design, procurment, construction and closeout.

? Ensure the project execution fully comply with Chevron OE guidance and local regulations.

? Provide training and day to day coaching and supervision to 3rd party contractors and subcontractors.

? Identify risks and opportunity for improvement throughout the project execution.

? Review and issue high risk tasks on daily basis and ensure an incident free construction in the plant.

? Lead investigation of any LI/NLI occurred and report out to management and ensure the solutions’ implementation.

? Work with engineering team to ensure project execution to meet Chevron stand and local requirement

? Coordinate and communication with internal and external stakeholders such as plant operations team and suppliers on facility modification and switch over.

? Ensure the simultaneous operations are well planned, communicated and executed at site.

? Coordinate with local government and external interested parties to apply required applications, permits, assessment and other related reports.

? Support Project manager to handle any interactions with government authorities related to the project.

? Conduct regular review Meeting with project management company and contractors together with project manager and do follow up actions timely.

? Keep close track of progress of the project, provides regular update on schedule; construction quality, cost.

Job Reqirement:

• 3 years or more experience in project. Experience in lubricant plant is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above. Majors in Engineer is preferred
• Be familiar with local standard, code, process related to construction project;
• Good communication skills requried while coordinating related parties interally and externally.
• Familiar with project management process, including project development, budget and payment, design, procurement, site construction management, commissioning and handover;
• Understand permitting process with local authority;
• Practice to manage the construction contract;
• Good english skill to understand Chevron standard and process for project management and safety requirement, communicate with relevant department within company and oversea supplier
