Activities:

• Comply with HSEQ requirements; Report and stop the deviation, near miss;

• Responsible for maintenance of the mechanical equipment. Ensure the implementation rate that emergency maintenance of key equipment more than 95%;

• Ensure routine inspection of the production equipment; Coordinate the relationship between Maintenance and other departments.

• Forklift management and maintenance, ensure quality of forklift meet the demand of the production;

• Ensure PM completion rate 100%, Improve TPM & 5S to lay a solid foundation for lean production;

• Complete the work of ISO9001/14001/18001 and IATF16949

• Responsible for management, registration, Validation of the Special equipment & Measuring equipment;

• Set up the equipment archives, Improve the technical data;

• Responsible for collecting the maintenance tickets monthly, statistics and analysis;

• Assist manager to manage the third party team, improve the management procedure of the third party.

• Assist manager to manage the supplier.

Accountabilities:

Work in Total Tianjin Manufacturing Co.LTD. Report to maintenance manager. Responsible for maintenance of the production equipment. Ensure the normal operation. Complete the tasks that from the manager.

Qualifications/Experience required:

• More than 3 years working experience in maintenance

• Mechanical, electrical, automatic control major, college graduate.

• Extensive knowledge of State and local laws about maintenance and measurement.
