? Execute Compliance and EHS plans to pursue excellent EHS performance

? Improve and transform Maintenance and Reliability strategies aligned with site vision

? Identify opportunities in Maintenance, Reliability, Operations and Technical area for improvement

? Work with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations and Technical teams to implement improvement

? Track and measure improvement result

? Pursue innovation, new technology

? Provide training to site team on Maintenance and Reliability strategies and knowledge (as needed)

? Conduct capital project as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

? Min 5 years relevant hands-on maintenance experience

? Good command of Mandarin/Basic English proficiency

? Strong leadership skills to drive for results

? Adapted to change

? Sensitive to culture and good interpersonal skills

? Project/Chemical/Fibre experiences will be an advantage

? Master Degree in Mechanical or E/I Engineering
