Main Responsibility：

• Development of strategy, targets and work plan for the area.

• Develop, justify and control the budget for its area of control.

• Analyze indicators for the development and implementation of strategies in function its results.

• Audit and control the collaborators compliance with the internal control of its area.

• Audit and control the information registered in the management systems of its area.

• Approve and Manage the implantation of improvement projects (savings, optimization of resources).

• Audit and control the collaborators compliance with the Quality systems, environmental and Security guidelines proper’s of the area and the entire plant.

• Manage the implementation of engineering changes and new projects.

• Supervise the work performed by the collaborators and perform control actions.

• Responsible of the follow up of the development plans of his/her collaborators.

• Assign roles and responsibilities to the maintenance team

• Responsible for the identification, evaluation, publicity, training and control of the environmental factors in the department, such as the daily control of the management system and method of the environment factors which are identified.

• Be a part in Sustainability 101 and environmental protection routines of Metalsa corporative image.

• Give consent, priority and attachment to occupational health and safety and conform with EHS requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in: in electrical or mechanical engineer.

• Fluent writing & oral in English

• Minimum of 5 years background in industrial mechanical maintenance

• Minimum of 5 years background in electrical maintenance

• Experience in Automotive Industry

• Equipment maintenance: hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable controllers and motion control machine shop.

• Welding automation.
