• To provide the plant with well-maintained machinery and facilities that comply with internal and external regulations

• Analyses root-causes of equipment failures

• Establishing and maintaining the preventive and predictive maintenance system in mechanical/ electrical/ hydraulic engineering

• Ensuring personnel, equipment, and materials are used properly to maximize productivity

• Leading maintenance team, setting goals, reviewing individual performance, implementing performance improvement plan and completing training

• Define skill profiles and determine training requirements of assigned workers, organize for training (in cooperation with HR-training), evaluate effectiveness of training

• Implementing HSE actions related and continue improvement to operator-equipment system

• Preparing budget of repair and maintenance. Working out the spare parts purchasing list, analyzing the risks

• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed correctly, on time, within the agreed budget

• Preparing regular inspection and repairing plan, checking result of implementation

• Monitoring and improving KPIs for equipment efficiency and reliability

• Supporting by capital projects from technical specifications to put into operation

• Supporting by cost measuring and analyzing, implementing cost reduction program

任职资格

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/ electrical/ hydraulic engineering

• At least 3 years’ experience in the leadership position, 5 years minimum experience in heavy machinery environment, Aluminum extrusion machinery maintenance experience is a plus.

• Good knowledge of techniques and crafts involved in preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and repair of heavy machines

• Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively, and to maintain effective internal and external to accomplish job responsibilities

• Ability to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge
