• Equipment vendors’ selection, machinery function evaluation and price quotation comparison.
• Equipment installing, debugging and maintenance, etc.
• Responsible for making and implementing the preventive maintenance plan in conjunction with Engineering and maintenance staff and keeping records based on IATF16949 requirement.
• Lead team to focus on TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) and OEE, deliver the low maintenance cost and high productivity results to achieve department goal matrix.
• Prepare yearly maintenance budget and monitor expenditure of funds in budget.
• Participate in various projects to support new product’s launch, new equipment setup and relocation etc.
• Coach and train maintenance engineers, contact equipment manufacturers or other suppliers for troubleshooting and purchase needed spare parts.
• Be responsible for site facility maintenance
• Continuous improvement on equipment & facilities.
• Cooperate for the implementation of company EHS.
• Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
• Develop and optimize team maintenance competence and skill.
• In charge of team performance management, define performance objectives conduct annual appraisal interview. etc.
• All other related works assigned by factory director.
