Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and onsite subcontractors to work in emphasis on minimizing injuries through improved safe work habits/procedures;
2. Expected continuous improvement in the quality of all work in the support maintenance of all machines;
3. Meet or reduce budgeted spare part and cost with emphasis on scheduled preventative maintenance on a timely basis;
4. Minimize downtime of all equipment and scrap levels, to maximize machine running time;
5. Implement and maintain spare part inventory at lowest possible costs, but suitable for normal operations;
6. Optimize the preventive maintenance according to the data analysis;
7. Lead on machine trouble shooting and implementation of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance practices;
8. Lead successful projects on machine upgrade, capability and capacity improvement etc.;
9. Maintain accurate employee records and assessment of performance;
10. Maintain and train workforce through continuous training and discipline programs;
11. Provide engineering skills and technical details for equipment layout, integration, and specification services for projects that include a comparative analysis and executive summary for senior management;
12. Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as delegated by management.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or relate field;
2. 8 years above maintenance management experience, cable equipment experience is preferred;
3. Proven track record of motivating a workforce to meet the expected department goals which would include maintenance of all equipment to provide support to Production, Safety, cost , productivity and Quality;
4. Knowledge of plastics and their related process equipment in extrusion and thermoforming;
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and motivational skills;
6. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and a focus on detail, strong organizational abilities a must;
7. Project Management skills, coordination, realization schedule , organization, attention to detail, ability to lead, work, and mentor others within team;
8. Computer skill in corrective/preventative/predictive maintenance and office systems;
9. Solid communications and English skills, both in written and verbal.
