工作内容:

1. 合理编制设备预防性维修计划并跟踪指导相关维修工作，确保工厂及其职责范围内的设备能够工作效率***化；

2. 对于设备故障及停机能及时准确地进行原因分析并制定设备整改和改进计划并跟踪落实 ；

工作任务

1. 制定及审核停产期间（周末停产、计划性停产及临时性停产）的检修计划，包括：检修任务，人员/工时，与生产的协调，外委（技术要求、安全文件准备）等

2. 对现场突发故障排除及维修工作进行指导

3. 监督、指导维修工进行预防性维修工作

4. 负责对工厂及其职责范围内的设备优化及改造，以保障设备状态的不断优化

5. 主导及监督专职工程师对专职设备故障的分析，组织本专业人员对重复性问题进行研究，并找出解决问题的方案及跟踪实施，保证设备的正常运行

6. 负责工厂及其职责范围内的设备的人员及设备管理，包括点检，清洁管理，以及对工人的不断培训

7. 监督制定工厂及其职责范围内的设备的关键备件/设备清单，负责相关备品备件的申报、跟踪，和验收

8. 负责人员培养，保证团队素质的不断提高和团队的稳定性

9. 参与每天交接班，根据设备运行情况及时更新检修计划

10. 监督参与每日工程师设备巡检，列出问题清单并对专制设备问题制定整改计划并跟踪实施

11. 与EHS部门合作，对现场环境和安全问题进行分析及改造

任职资格：

1. 英语流利

2.至少五年维修经理工作经验，从事过铸造行业

3.良好的项目管理能力、团队管理能力及沟通能力
