The Job

• Client: A Property Management Company
• Position: Maintenance Manager
• Responsibilities: Leading a team of maintenance officers and technicians for the the maintenance works of a portfolio of retail properties. Plan, forecast and control of annual maintenance budget. Analyse and monitor system efficiencies and advise on the needs for update or renovation. Monitor contractor performance for large scale maintenance works.
• $40-50K. 5-day, medical, bonus.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Studies, Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• 10 years property maintenance experience gained with property developers or management companies.
• Maintenance experience for large-scale estates or a portfolio of properties highly preferred
• Strong technical experience in both building and building services works
• Good people management and leadership skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Holder of REW B(0) or above will be an advantage
