Job Summary

Responsible for maintenance team
(contractor) management, make sure equipment and facility
safety/reliable/effective operation and support company business increase.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1、Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment, including
installation and /or repair in order to ensure the production running at high
reliability and with cost effectiveness.
2、 Manages and trains the maintenance team.
3、Responsible for the maintenance cost within
budgeted cost.
4、To ensure the proper operating condition of
production equipment. According to production plans, develop, monitor,
implement maintenance plan, plan the maintenance work orders, review equipment
history to identify and correct recurring problems.
5、Annul maintenance budget, provide information
to management regarding the budget for equipment, software and hardware
purchases/installation and maintenance spare parts.
6、Supports capital projects as needed. Reviews
and recommends details concerning the design or modifications of new and
existing equipment standards, check the installation of all equipment and
quality assurance check on site; and as the interface contact person for engineering
/ maintenance resource.
7、Establish and monitor PM (preventive
maintenance) for each piece of production equipment, review PM plan and
application.
8、Establish and review TPM (Total Productive
Maintenance) KPI and conduct maintenance audit within territory, review TPM
plan and application to continuously improve maintenance efficiency.
9、Establish and monitor PDM (Predictive
Maintenance), review PDM plan and application.
10、Responsible for managing all equipment
related technical documents. In line with the equipment instruction of supplier
and the actual situation in plant, initially develop and keep updating the
production equipment maintenance manual to guide the maintenance activities,
ensure the efficient and effective maintenance and repairing services to meet
production requirements.
11、Set up document system for all maintenance /
repairing records so as to produce monthly reports on analyzing and identifying
the maintenance/repairing problems, including recommendations to improve the
machinery/equipment performance and services standards.
12、Spare parts management. According production
requirements, setup right spare parts inventory to make sure all procedures.
13、Related spare parts warehouse management in
place, conduct timely stock taking and minimize the stock deviation.
14、5S implementation in maintenance daily work.
15、EHS work implement in maintenance work/team.
16、Other works assigned by the direct superior.

Education and Experience

1、Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer,
automatization or related discipline

2、Over 5 years in food industry, and 3 years maintenance management
experience.
3、Solid knowledge and skill of Equipment
4、Good communications skill
5、Good spoken and written English
6、 Good computer skills, ability to work with
Microsoft office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint，AutoCAD）very well

岗位：维修主管

工作地点：邛崃

负责机械维修团队（含承包商）的全面管理，确保公司设备设施安全、可靠、高效运行以支持公司的业务发展。

岗位职责：

1、负责所有生产设备设施的维护，包括安装和/或修理，以确保生产运行的可靠性高，成本效益高。

2、管理和培训维护团队。

3、负责预算成本内的维护费用。

4、确保生产设备的正常运行状态。根据生产计划，制定、监控、实施维修计划，计划维修工作订单，检查设备的历史，确定和纠正反复出现的问题。

5、年度维修预算，提供设备、软硬件采购/安装及维修备件的预算管理信息。

6、根据需要支持固定资产投资项目。对新设备和现有设备进行设计或修改的详细审查和建议，检查所有设备的安装和现场质量保证检查;并作为工程/维护资源的接口联系人。

7、建立生产设备预防性维护计划，定期审核计划的执行情况。

8、建立并定期审核维护计划的关键性指标，并在区域内进行维护审核，审核TPM计划和应用，以持续提高维护效率。

9、
建立和监控PDM(预测维护)，回顾PDM计划和应用。

10、负责所有设备相关技术文件的管理。根据供应商的设备指导和工厂实际情况，初步制定并不断更新生产设备维护手册，指导维护工作，确保高效、有效的维护和维修服务满足生产要求。

11、建立所有维护/维修记录的文件系统，每月报告分析和确认维修/维修问题，包括改进机器/设备性能和服务标准的建议。

12、备品备件管理。根据生产要求，建立适当的备件库存，确保所有程序。

13、相关备件仓库管理到位，及时进行库存盘点，减少库存偏差。

14、5S的日常维护工作。

15、EHS工作在本部门的执行。

16、直接上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关专业

2、食品行业5年以上，3年以上维修管理经验

3、扎实的设备知识和技能

4、良好的沟通能力

5、良好的英语听说读写能力

6、良好的计算机技能以及办公软件的使用如 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、AutoCAD等。
