Salary: £44,700 - £55,800 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mars Wrigley factory in Slough as a Maintenance Manager, leading a team of Associates and Contractors to manage all the Maintenance Support Functions across the site. As part of the Site Technical Leadership Team, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, data analytics, budget and stockroom management.

 What would be your key responsibilities?

• Leading Maintenance Planner-Schedulers to create preventative maintenance plan
• Leading Stockroom Coordinators to ensure inventory is correctly managed
• Leading Data Analysts to create insights on maintenance performance
• Line managing Technical Team Associates to include managing and measuring their delivery
• Building a high-performing team through developing Associates
• Investigating new digital technologies to maximise efficiency and output from the department and factory
• Leading factory-wide & technical projects to drive factory priorities and deliver improvements
• Collaborating with Site Technical Leadership Team peers to lead and partner in maintenance technical strategy, asset performance improvement and asset investment
