Our client is a part of a group leading global supplier of technology and services. This specific branch focus on starters, alternators, temperature control units and wiper blades.

• To lead the maintenance technician team to implement the maintenance plan and urgent repair of all equipment to make sure the production can run smoothly
• To lead the Continuous Improvement Program to approach good HSE and OEE performance with good cost control, and keep monthly monitor on KPI
• To development and implement competence matrix and training plan
• Full understanding of budget plan

• Familiar with factory maintenance, spare parts management, TPM, Lean manufacturing
• Good experience in automobile industry, industry 4.0 experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skill is required
• English is required for daily work language
