The Job

• Client: A Property Management Company
• Position: Maintenance Manager
• Responsibilities: To lead a team of engineers and technicians for the maintenance of a Grade-A commercial building in HK district. Condition survey. Preventive maintenance; Performance analysis and advice on the need for upgrade of building services. Emergent maintenance on system breakdown. Project management for renovation projects - tender administration, monitor contractor works, etc.
• $45K up. Medical, bonus.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Professional qualification; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
• 10 years experience in property maintenance of which latest 3 years should be at managerial level
• Relevant maintenance experience for Commercial properties
• Familiar with both building works and building services systems
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
