Assist department head to perform technical supervisory duties, providing facilities support and services ensuring effectiveness of hostel operations. 協助部門主管監督日常維修工作，對旅舍設施提供支援服務，以確保旅舍的營運效益。

Responsibilities 職責:

• Assist Engineering Team to execute and report hostel facilities & systems repairing, maintenance and engineering work. To ensure all hostel equipment are operated properly in accordance with standards 協助工程團隊執行及報告旅舍設施及系統維修、保養及工程工作，確保運作正常, 符合旅舍要求及安全標準
• Assist department head to set up repairing solution and handling repair & maintenance document/record and related coordination work 協助制定維修方案及處理保養、維修文件及相關的協調工作
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure the smooth completion of engineering works and monitor out-sourced maintenance work in accordance with standards 負責跟進及監督承包商的工作進度、質量和表現
• Supervise technicians to provide quality services and responsible for daily repairing / maintenance purchasing matter 監督技術人員的維修進度及處理日常維修、保養採購事項
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required, e.g. urgent repairs during adverse weather 執行由上司指派的其他工作，例如惡劣天氣下的緊急維修

Requirements 入職要求:

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent 持有屋宇裝備/機械/電機工證書/文憑或同等學歷
• Minimum 3 years’ experience 3年以上相關經驗
• Experience in E&M system including MVAC, electrical, plumbing & drainage, generator, fire services, ELV system and building & building related repairing works will be a plus 具備如下工作經驗優先：E&M系統包括通風、空調、電機，水喉、排水、渠務、消防、弱電系統和建築及其相關維修工作
• Holder of Registration of Electrical worker in Grade A or above will be an advantage 持電工A牌者優先
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training 平安卡
• Holder of Driving Licence will be a plus 持駕駛執照更佳
• Basic PC knowledge 基本電腦操作
• Basic written and spoken English, Cantonese 基本中英語講寫
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer 較少經驗者可考慮擔任助理維修主任
