Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimun 3 years’ post qualification experience in the maintenance of building services in HK for the post of Maintenance Officer (Building Services) [Minimum 1 year's post qualification experience in the maintenance of building services in HK for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer (Building Services)]
• Maintenance Officer (Building Services) should be Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A work under the latest Electricity Ordinance
• Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in HK
