Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in HK for the post of Building Works Supervisor (Minimum 1 year's post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in HK for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer (Building Works))
• Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in HK is an advantage
