What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service 
• Ensure the overall maintenance of the of the facility 
• Primary job is to paint and perform drywall repairs on property 
• Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards 
• Maintain all actions in a Daily Activity Maintenance logs 
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way 
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards 
• Follow all safety policies  
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines. 
• Previous experience in  Maintenance as a painter is required 
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful 
• Must have basic knowledge of drywall repair, painting of all types and ability to match texture 
• Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently
