Job Title: Maintenance Reliability Engineer (senior level)
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Business Unit: DSM Nutritional Products (DNP)
Location: Fengxian, Shanghai

The Challenge:
1. Introduce and implement Manufex Maintenance, Improve Equipment Reliability and MRO work processes in a sustainable way on XingHuo (XH) site
2. Build up local Manufex Maintenance, improve Equipment Reliability and MRO competences on XH site
3. Identify and harvest Operational Excellence benefits and synergies in general by exchange of and applying best practices in the field of Maintenance, IER and MRO whilst ensuring the integrity of the assets
4. Identify technology and competence (related to Maintenance, Improve Equipment Reliability and MRO) needs on the site and realize the gap closing
5. Provide consultancy and support to all plants on Maintenance, Improve Equipment Reliability and MRO, including SAP-PM, supplier optimization, improving effectiveness and efficiency, organization, RCA's and FMEA'S, etc
6. Technical support to plants on reliability issues in IER (executing RCA's and FMEA's)
7. Monitoring external developments in the China situation by participating and/or benchmarking

The Position:
1. Assess the status and possibilities of the sites of DSM XH site on Maintenance, IER and MRO define gaps and work out improve proposals with gatekeeper and work process owners;
2. Manage the Maintenance, IER and MRO implementations of the plants approach with professional targeting and follow up. Progress meeting with the owners, plant Manager, to the wanted extent of implementation; evaluate and improve the implementation of Maintenance, IER and MRO periodically together with the site champions and work process owners and acknowledgement from the site managers;
3. Get actively engaged with the key people on sites and stimulate self-supporting character of executing and follow up of the actions in compliance with the SHE, on time and within budget;
4. Spot, train, and coach site key users for Maintenance, IER and MRO work processes.
5. Develop an education and training program for the Maintenance, IER and MRO key users in the field of their competences for both work processes and technology; Implement these education and training in agreement with and support of the relevant key users
6. Set standards and define the level of quality and quantity for the use of Maintenance, IER and MRO processes, tools and practices;
7. Manage and implement new technologies with the aim to support the growth strategy based on experiences and improvements achieved on XH site in the field of Maintenance, IER and MRO;
8. Monitoring of external trends, e.g. via peers, external benchmarking;
9. Guarantee the latest competence and skill level in the field of Maintenance, IER and MRO through active contact and exchange with M&T in O&RC
10. Competence support to XH site on Maintenance, Improve Equipment Reliability and MRO;
11. Work in good cooperation with the members of the team and plants
