• Defines the optimum PPM Program, quantifying its effects on the business and presenting this program to the appropriate personnel.
• Acts as leader in the Criticality Ranking and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Performs the analysis for selecting the optimum PPM strategies to reduce reliability and integrity failures and sets the frequency and time window when to execute PPM plans.
• Responsible for grouping equipment into appropriate groups and proposes typical PPM plan solutions.

• Defining the optimum PPM program and performing the analysis for selecting the optimum PPM strategies to reduce reliability and integrity failures and sets the frequency and time window when to execute PPM plans.
• Responsible for the total MRO material management process, including replenishment, catalog management, logistic concept management, inventory management, store operations.
• Document management for maintenance history data, PM data and Asset Utilization data into and out of the data base.
• Executing the actual maintenance jobs related to electric and instrument.
• Responsible for facilitating the Criticality Ranking, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and a RCA-session.
• Project/special assignments
• To assist and learn for the implementation of Capex Project.
• TSLC roles assigned as HAZOP team member, Validate Area classification
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering
• 3 year working experience related to maintenance.
• Electronic, Instrument, Mechanic related knowledge.
