About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Sales Representative to join the professional services team in Turkey. Remote working is available, but you would need to be able to visit our office in Istanbul when required Area of responsibility You will be responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance, service and license contracts for our customers in the Turkey and Israel region. Using your knowledge of our products and maintenance contracts, you will help to grown the maintenance revenues for the region. Engaging with our customers to help educate them on business practices and associated contractual implications, ensuring the customer awareness, and understanding of applicable product elements. Meeting sales objectives, Targets and efficiency requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Your qualifications Experience in software contract renewals and the ability to identify roadblocks to customer longevity. Strong experience with Excel report building and PowerPoint presentations; Salesforce, SAP good to have. Strong customer orientation, communication skills, enthusiasm and persuasion skills. Passionate about results and quality, with strong decision-making ability and organizational skills. Excellent commination skills in English are crucial, Turkish language skills are highly desirable.
