Responsibilities:

Manage all maintenance employees in order to: perform corrective maintenance including repairing in case of break down and elimination of all the abnormalities discovered by production team and patrol team inspection;

Perform daily patrol inspection of all equipmentlos clientes;

Perform preventive maintenance according to PM planning;

Support the introduction of TPM, especially to AM;

Set up and maintain a prompt and accurate reporting system for equipment DT, MTBF and MTTR; Follow up these indicators, review and evaluate performance of maintenance operations and take necessary actions to improve them;

Constantly develop the competence of maintenance employees in machine inspection, trouble shooting method, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and quality related maintenance;;

Manage machine improvement plans, annual maintenance plan;

Follow-up and control the maintenance consumables and spare parts. Lead actions to reduce their costs;

Manage and control EHS activities for maintenance team (safe working practice, PPE, etc); ensure that the safety rules are followed by the team members;

Support engineering project in order to achieve the engineering work requirement with cost optimization and high efficiency ;

Exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious relations for all maintenance employees in accordance to company policies, rules and regulations;

Maintenance document management;

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Experience:

Experience in similar position;

College degree or above in engineering field such as mechanical, electrical or automation, Minimum 10 years relevant experience, over 5 years on supervisor position;

Fluent English both writing and spoken；Excellent in office software;Knowledge in maintenance software；Good level in Autocad or simila;

Good experience in maintenance projects/knowledge and conception;Strong ability for trouble shooting and PM, TPM；Good leadership and strong communication skill;

Can be available on the site anytime, if necessary；Expert in one of the three fields: mechanical, electrical and automation.
