Qualifications:
for CNC maintenance Engineer are above formal Higher Education in Electrical and Mechanical specialty;
5~10 years CNC maintenance experience necessary for effective Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic in plant;
1-2 years facility maintenance experience necessary on plant utilities and fire emergency device maintenance.
Above 1 years CNC maintenance management Experience
Master above two CNC control system, such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, familiarity with G & M command in Program, Master PLC in CNC equipment
Master various tools of measurement for fault’s diagnosis, such as Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, AC Motor/ DC and Control system.
Good English communication abilities, listening, speaking, reading and EHS working experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, developing maintenance team to ensure departmental and individual goals and performance are well measured and get continuous improvement.
Ensuring weekly/monthly/annual maintenance targets is under control;
Lead team to identify and check out the reason of Various Faults, decide and remedy various faults of CNC equipment, replace and repair Main/Expensive spare parts.
Make PM/TPM plan for all CNC equipment and facility device; make training/development plan for maintenance team;
Control CNC spare parts’ order and purchase, spare parts stock management;
Continue to focus on improvement projects in CNC maintenance and facility utilities area, get long term cost saving and expense reduction.
Responsible for plant utilities and Fire Emergency maintenance work;
Support company’s EHS work to improve overall working environments;
Department procedures updating and monitor subordinate to follow strictly;
Other jobs are assigned by supervisor.
