Join us! We Make Real What Matters. This Is Your Role. Ensures adherence to agreed processes and procedures in maintenance and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards. Dismantles, repairs, assembles, installs and sets up technical equipment and machines used in a production site. Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards. Coordinates and monitors maintenance procedures. Plans resources and routine maintenance projects. Responsible for maintenance of semi-plant equipment. Coordinates operational processes, and leads employees in the team assigned. Plans and executes assigned own maintenance projects. Analyzes technical problems on site, and completes mechanical and/or electrical repairs and work orders. Executes ramp up, set up and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations. Supplies to installation projects on site, and support accountable Industrial Engineers. Supports maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment. May advise junior staff technically. May maintain various types of equipment. Does why why analysis and solves repeat problems at root level. Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance or Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts. Utilization of CMMS to review and analyze maintenance data. Utilization of problem solving tools and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause of machine issues. Develop appropriate preventive and/or predictive maintenance plans to reduce emergency maintenance and extend overall life of machines. Analyze basic functionality of machines and recommend rebuild/replacement parts to return to good performance. Communicate and coordinate activities with Maintenance Team and cross-functional organizations when necessary. Physical presence in the workplace is a crucial function. Implement and actively support the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives. This role will be cross-trained and supplement Maintenance Supervision at times. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience This role is based in Aurangabad, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come. Graduate /Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with min 7-8 years of experience in Low voltage Products, maintenance of automated setup, laser marking machines, compression and injection molding machines Preferred Skills: Experience working in a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environment. Hands-on experience as Special purpose machine, lean production system, maintenance engineer or controls engineer Familiarity with CMMS software and other computer software as it pertains to engineering. Familiarity with problem solving and reliability tools such as DMAIC, PFMEA, A3, 8D Corrective Action Plans, 5 Why, Fishbone and other 6 Sigma tools, and continuous improvement action plans. Continuous improvement project experience. EHS Subject Matter Expertise: Safety Production Technology Knowledge and Manufacturing Process Knowledge Maintenance and Installation of manufacturing equipment.
