Eaton is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at our São José dos Campos to join our team. She/He will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating Maintenance and Facilities areas and their employees in order to: develop, deploy and improve maintenance processes throughout SJC site, to assure good conditions (safety, capability and availability) of production/ building assets (including air compression, lightning, air condition, others), under economical cost. Develop people to execute processes accordingly, providing training and adequate tools to execute their jobs. Support maintenance team (technical) in their jobs, helping them with tactics to keep them focused on operational aspects. Support acquisition of new machines and new technologies. Job Responsibilities Develop, deploy and improve maintenance processes to assure good conditions of production and building assets; Keep good conditions of building and facilities structures (including electrical Sub-Stations, lightning, air compressors, air conditioning, gas installations, etc.) and support expansion activities when needed; Assure HR procedures to be fulfilled (such as performance evaluations, etc.) at Maintenance and Facilities areas. Provide training, coaching, motivation and counseling to employees to encourage optimum performance and continues skill development (BOC)”.; Provide maintenance knowledge, including training and evaluations plans required to run maintenance processes accordingly; Attain maintenance goals (operational such as MTBF, MTTR, Downtime, CONC, Hourly Cost, Monthly expenses, etc); Introduce improvements and corrective actions at shop floor to support plans related to safety, quality, productivity and cost; Take actions based on a Risk mentality for the organization's business; Conduct change management comprehensively, including focus on quality, safety, health and the environment; Monitor and evaluate the work done by third part companies; Meet pre-requirements of the integrated quality and EHS system.
