1. Support new MAE (Machine and Equipment)installation and commissioning (mechanical related);

2. Make preventive maintenance plan for MAEs and organize the implementation to keep all MAEs in a good condition;

3. Initiate the maintenance working instruction as well as conduct training to related people

4. Define the mechanical spare parts for MAEs related to production line and support spare parts stock management

5. Coach the team for the capability of troubleshooting, evaluate the skill matrix, and arrange internal/external trainings

6. Monitor and control KPIs, e.g. equipment downtime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE);

7. Continuous improvement on the work safety, product quality, cost saving and work efficiency, etc.

6. 管理设备相关的关键绩效指标, 如设备停机时间, 设备综合效率等；

7. 在工作安全、产品质量、成本节约和工作效率等方面开展持续的改善。

• Bachelor‘s degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering;
• Fluent English both in speaking and writing, German will be a plus;
• Proficient with PC and MS Office, familiar with Auto-CAD will be a plus;
• Familiar with machining process, e.g. hardening, drilling, grinding and milling, etc.;
• Familiar with Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and function;
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining troubleshooting and maintenance experiences;
• Good communication and coordination skill;
• Good planning & implementation ability;
• Strong sense of responsibility.

• 大学本科学历或以上, 机械工程相关专业；
• 流利的英语口语及书写能力，会德语者优先；
• 熟练电脑操作能力, 包括MS office 熟悉Auto CAD优先；
• 熟悉机加工工艺，如淬火，钻孔，研磨和铣削等工艺；
• 熟悉机械零件，液压气动元件的工作原理；
• 最少具备5年以上数控机加工设备维修和维护保养相关工作经验；
• 良好的沟通协调能力；
• 良好的计划和执行能力；
• 具备较强的责任感。
