A Global Design and Built Client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) to support their Project Team in Hong Kong.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Building Service/Electrical Engineering or relevant
• Over 10+ years project experience in Government and Infrastructure works Contractors
• Reporting to the Operation Manager, you are expected to Manage full range of routine planned preventive maintenance: condition monitoring, reactive and breakdown maintenance works associated with the plant, services and equipment to ensure mandatory and statutory compliance with policies and strategies
• Supervises the up keeping and maintenance of all facilities (including civil works, mechanical & electrical equipment, instrumentation, pipes, lightening, etc.)
• Proposes technical improvements of the plant in coordination with the Operation Department and manages the budget and reports on the financial aspects.
• Work with a high capacity, is a strong leader with good working methods, well organized, is able to learn continuously and is able to train his own personnel
