Job Purpose: Compliment the maintenance team in their pursuance of planned and reactive tasks. Responsible for general maintenance of the facility and its curtilage. Job Description: • Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks within the scheme of maintenance for the facility. • Support the Maintenance Team with a range of activities as required while carrying out multi skilled tasks within limits of competence. • Operate equipment and machinery for which they are authorised. • General maintenance and tidiness of buildings, gardens and roadways. • Adherence to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures, contributing to achievement of departmental goals and targets (Meet 5's standards and departmental KPIs) • Supervise external contractors when required. • Liaise with other departments/functions ensuring good Team collaboration • Driving duties when required. • Ensure tasks and output is to acceptable standards in accordance with Company Quality Policy and Procedures. • This is a fast-paced environment, so you will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to show engagement in Eaton’s Values & Philosophies. • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives Qualifications Full Uk driving licence - GCSEs or Equivilent General practical skills and aptitude Enthusiastic, self motivated, able to take initiative, team player, work independently, manage work schedule, willigness to learn, communication Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
