Job Description

1. Practice safety and housekeeping in the performance of job duties.

2. Execute maintenance task in a quality manner to avoid rework.

3. Complete job feedback forms.

4. Critique work.

5. Critique job plan including planned hours and task lists.

6. Provide feedback to planners on quality of job plan detail and accuracy

7. Document actual time spent.

8. Close notifications and TECO work orders, as required.

9. Document work repair history – detailed description of what was done: “as found, as left”

10. Participate in craft level feedback – i.e., visual board updates

11. Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and orderly work area.

12. Participate in troubleshooting

13. Provide support for the reliability effort

14. Participate in RCFA

15. Identify potential bad actors

16. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation Communicate with supervision and Production
