JOB SUMMARY:

• The person is assigned to the Maintenance Department for the Jin Tan plant.

• During the plant set-up phase, he is responsible for production equipment maintenance and installation guide and support

• Achieve the equipment turn over running under smooth transfer from supplier.

• He will be in charge of all of equipment practical maintenance and production service functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Plant set-up phase

• Commissioning of plants system and machines together with the supplier
• Optimization of machines operation regarding the availability
• Support the acceptance test regarding the production equipment and system
• Assist to set up the connection of machines to the Network
• Training of the operator and maintenance following personnel
• Preventive and predictive maintenance practical set up with management system

2. Production Phase

• Cooperate the training of the operator and maintenance personnel

• Assist manager/Operation director to do Smart factory planning in long term

• To implement Preventive and predictive maintenance solution plan for yearly

• Maintenance problem trouble shooting recording and

• Establish maintenance excellence base under the guide of leader

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education / Qualification

• college degree in l Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechanotronics Engineering or majored in Electromechanica etc

2. Work Experience

• Professional experience: 2-6 years of working experience better in PCB plant with relevant experience in Electical/mechanical and

  Maintenance for equipment

• Leadership experience: Optional

3. Methods & Programs

• Special knowledge in fine instrument maintenance better under PCB industry,
• Special knowledge in trouble shooting of electronic(Better in PCB) industry equipment
• Special knowledge in service of electrical, mechanical under clean electronic condition
• Spare parts and document preparation for equipment and audit requirement
• Simple programming of motion controller , frequency inverters(Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens),
• Basic Knowledge about basic PLC for controller, device and actuator etc

4. Skills (e.g. convincing, teamwork, flexibility, leadership skills, languages)

• Good communication skills

• Can read basic system,equipment and parts drawing

• Ability for touble shooting skill and problem basic analysis philosophy

• Can take own responsible activities and flexibility in daily work
