This exciting role offers opportunity to: 1. Following Golf Pride strategy, fully deployed the TPM including AM and PM plan in plant. 2. Use 5S+ tooling to implement AM visual control in shop floor 3. Tracking OEE machine downtime to find out improvement opportunity. 4. Arrange maintenance manpower to meet production request. 5. Set departmental indicators and track them, analyze the causes of failures and make effective improvements. 6. Maintenance technical ability improvement and training plan to meet the demand for furture automation equipment and succession need. 7. Join weekly MFG Dept. Meeting. Prepare the performance and downtime analysis report. 8. Propose and support Kaizen Project. 9. Build up documentation of experience inheritance Qualifications University or master’s degree or above Years and area of experience required More than five years of working experience in equipment process project improvement / electromechanical integration / TPM related work experience, understanding PLC is preferred.
