This position’s primary responsibility is coordinating general building maintenance and office services activities for the Facilities Manager. Requires an experienced facilities technician who has a proactive “can do” approach to facilities management.

Ensure that all facilities procedures and documents are adequate, timely, and available in accordance with Company GSOP’s, ISO standards and FDA requirements.

You are responsible for

• Performs, as an experienced skilled worker, nonrepetitive assignments that are mostly stated in general terms and that require own interpretation and some consultation from (senior) colleagues involved .

• Operates relatively autonomous within procedures, methods and techniques.

• Information on assignments is not always complete and leaves some scope for own interpretation; Makes own choice of approach and chooses from known solutions based upon technical knowledge.

• Gathers additional information and chooses from different possibilities HOW to best carry out the assignment, adapting known solutions based on experience and basic analysis.

• Detailed and multi-tasked oriented, able to work under minimal supervision.

• Working knowledge of HVAC , compressed air, vacuum pumps, plumbing, electrical, wiring, painting, civil works, locksmith isneeded.

• Able to shift attention promptly to address priorities/handle multiple functions simultaneously.

• Ordained person, able to analyze and apply simple but effective solutions.

• This person could be a technical perfectionist.

• This person needs to follow the quality regulations of the company.

• Operates pretty autonomously within existing procedures, methods and techniques that however, are not fully sufficient to give direction on critical points.

• Duration of assignments is typically a few weeks.

• May performs a number of dissimilar tasks. Has an operational role. Mayperforms tasks of a dissimilar nature.

• Check daily and repair according with procedures any situation with the clean-rooms and the rest of the facilities.

• Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Facilities Supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Advancedengineering studies in a related field such as maintenance, electromecanics, electronics, etc, or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.

• Requires an Electromechanical or electrical technician of a technical institution or equivalent training.

• Adequate combination of educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self training.Minimum three (3) years facility technician experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated basicto intermediate English level

• Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations.

• Proactive person. Is a must for all candidate.

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).
