Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • ? Work with Manufacturing Team and maintenance associates (direct reports) to set priorities and safely execute maintenance work to minimize downtime, manage cost according to budget, and lead by example all Good Manufacturing Practices
  • ? Establish a preventative maintenance program.
  • ? Design and supervise construction of new equipment installations to achieve project objectives.
  • ? Manage projects to ensure they on time, on budget and produce the expected results.
  • ? As a member of the manufacturing management team, collaborate to ensure the ongoing daily operations are successful, including supporting training, process documentation, data entry and diagnosis of engineering problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above major in mechanics, electric automation engineering or relevant field
  • At least 8 years of working experiences including 3 years as maintenance manager, preferably working experience with multinationals
  • Professional knowledge of management and repair of facility equipment in the Manufacturing workshop
  • Practical Know How to manage facilities and building maintenance
  • Experience of factory expansion
  • Good communication skills, motivation skills, training and good coaching skills, and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Effective and efficient planning and organizing skills.
  • Good English communication skill both in oral and written
  • ? The ability of independent analysis, judgment and problem solving.
