1. 协助新设备的安装和调试，侧重于机械方面

2. 协助主管制定机器、设备的周/月/年度预防性维护计划，并组织实施，确保机器、设备始终处于良好的运行状态；

3. 协助主管定义机器、设备的备品、备件（机械部分）

4. 机器、设备的故障排除以及问题分析解决，并持续推进机械方面相关改善措施；

5. 管理设备相关的关键绩效指标, 如设备停机时间，设备综合效率等；

6. 在设备正常运转的情况下服从上级主管安排的其它合理工作

1. Support new MAE (Machine and Equipment) installation and commissioning (mechanical related);

2. Support supervisor making preventive maintenance plan weekly, monthly and annually for MAEs and organize the implementation, keep all MAEs working in a good condition;

3. Support supervisor defining the mechanical spare parts for MAEs;

4. Troubleshooting and problem solving for MAEs, and continuously taking measures for mechanical related improvement, especially machine tools;

5. Monitoring and controlling KPIs, e.g. equipment downtime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE);

6. Other tasks assigned by superior when the machine is well functioning.

• 大学专科学历或以上, 机械工程相关专业；
• 能看懂机械零件及装配图纸；
• 熟悉机械传动，气动，液压元件及系统；
• 最少具备3年以上数控机加工设备维修和维护保养相关工作经验；
• 能胜任三班工作制；
• 有英语口语及书写能力者优先；
• 良好的执行能力及较强的责任感。

• College degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering;
• Understand the mechanical parts and assembly drawing;
• Familiar with mechanical transmission, pneumatic and hydraulic components and system;
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining troubleshooting and maintenance experience;
• Accept working in 3 shifts model;
• Basic English both in speaking and writing is preferred;
• Good implementation ability and Strong sense of responsibility.
