Eaton’s Electric Engineering Services and System division is currently seeking a Major Accounts Sales Lead to join our team. This position is based at our Canovanas facility. Job Summary Responsible leading major account management activities for the Caribe Business Unit, developing and maintaining prime relations with Major Account Organizations.. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain network of partners, colleagues and clients. Ensure to observe and participate to present services and products capable to benefit client’s needs. Update and maintain client accounts to preserve existing business. Conduct sales activities to attain new major accounts business. Present an incorporated solution-centered approach to clients. Develop broader and higher relations within accounts. Ensure the timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage of approved sales tools #LI-MM3 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Marketing Major). Years and area of experience required: Five to Seven Years of Experience in Sales, Strategic Planning, Major Accounts Management. Technical knowledge: Computer Skills SAP (preferred) Soft skills: Urgent, Results Oriented, Negotiations.
