Job Description
1、Formulate and improve administrative rules and regulations to ensure smooth administrative operations;
2、Procurement, management and distribution of administrative office supplies, as well as maintenance of office facilities;
3、Monthly budget and expense management for the administrative department;
4、Planning and organizing employee activities;
5、Organize and arrange reception, conference, travel and office support work;
6、Fixed asset management, asset inventory every six months;
7、Daily property management communication;
8、Establish and maintain a clean and hygienic office environment to create and maintain a good working environment;
9、Renovation of the new office space;
10、Other administrative tasks and tasks assigned by leaders.
