Male Early Years Teacher (Native English Speaker)

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 RMB/Month (After Tax)

Position Details:
- Role: Early Years Educator (Homeroom Teacher)
- Student Age Group: 2.5 – 5 years old
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day)
- Onboarding Date: June 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for children aged 2.5 to 5.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating English-speaking environment.
- Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and staff to ensure the well-being of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Requirements
- Nationality: Native English Speaker
- Gender: Male
- Age: Under 40 years old
- Experience: Must have prior teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB (After Tax, including housing allowance).
