As a KOL Engagement and Scientific Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: Develop strategy to identify and select strategic physician partners in the mammography and breast imaging market. Work across the organization to create engagement plans that align to business objectives and maximize partner strengths and interests. Drive a reference and speaker strategy that highlights our product utility in the mammography segment using thought leader advocacy Carry out clinical and scientific marketing studies to further develop, strengthen and deliver proof to our unique value propositions for mammography Create sales and marketing collaterals such as white papers, scientific argumentations, competitive argumentations, customer references for sales presentations and articles in internal and external channels. Partner closely with sales organization to develop and implement strategies and ensure commercial alignment This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have deep knowledge of the US mammography market, trends, and clinical/technical needs. Existing relationships with key opinion leaders is desired. You are an experienced marketer of technical and clinical products and demonstrates strength in reference management, product launches and commercialization You have proven you can excel in successfully building relationships with high-profile customers and potential customers. You have strong experience and understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements with a proven ability to flourish in a cross-functional team. You have the ability to drive a strategic plan, having an impact to implement necessary changes with internal and external partners involved You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Required skills to have for the success of this role Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of customer relationship, business management, or in the field of breast imaging Willing to travel up to 20% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
